Oder gleich ganz in eine Parallelwelt abdriften. Das ist mir neulich passiert. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Nichts ahnend habe ich die Einladung zu einem Tiki-Fest angenommen. Eine Geburtstagsparty im Südsee-Stil, wie er in der Popkultur der USA in den Fünfziger- und Sechzigerjahren angesagt war.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;In einer Scheune ging es zu wie beim Karneval auf Graceland: Zwischen Bambusmöbeln und Plastikflamingos stand man in Hawaiihemden herum, trug Blütenketten und trank Rum-Cocktails aus bunten Keramikbechern – spielte „Wir tun mal so, als wären wir weit weg“. Dazu liefen Exotica-Sounds von Martin Denny und Les Baxter, später die Surfgitarren von Dick Dale und The Ventures. Das war schon sehr lustig.&nbsp;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Ich kam aber auch mit Gästen ins Gespräch, für die der Retrokitsch mehr war als ein Partygag. Sie fanden tatsächlich, dass die Fünfziger- und Sechzigerjahre besser waren als die Gegenwart. Na ja, diese Scheune der Inselträume war gewiss nicht der Ort, um über politischen Konformismus, Rassismus, Unterdrückung der Frauen, Atomangst, Vietnamkrieg, Umweltsauereien und alles andere zu diskutieren, was die damalige gesellschaftliche Realität äußerst hart und ungerecht gemacht hat. Aber es wurde mir klar: Es gibt eine gewisse Sehnsucht nach dem Zurück.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Wenn Sie auch Lust auf eine Zeitreise haben, begleiten Sie meinen Kollegen Gerhard Fischer auf Hausbesuch bei einer Frau in Gelsenkirchen, der es auf der Tiki-Party wahrscheinlich auch gefallen hätte. Sie ist auf Spurensuche nach Banksy gegangen.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt; Zur Identität des hoch dotierten Graffiti-Künstlers gab es kürzlich neue Enthüllungen. Dabei unternimmt er alles, um seine Anonymität zu wahren. In seiner Geburtsstadt Bristol aber kann man sehr viel über ihn erfahren.
